Rescheduling or canceling your appointment: There is a $25 fee for rescheduling or canceling your appointment less than 48 hours in advance.  No call, no show appointments will be charged 50% of the cost of their scheduled appointment

Late Policy: Our services offered are time sensitive. If you are going to be late to your appointment, please let us know ASAP. If you are more than 10 minutes late please understand that we may not be able to take you that day which would result in you having to pay the $25 rescheduling fee.

*Eyelash extension clients, if you are more than 10 minutes late there will be a $15 fee and please understand that we may not be able to do a full fill
